Overview
Homelessness Support Services Your new company We work with and support one of the UK's most recognised homelessness support services who provide excellent support to people who are homeless. They work to ensure that vulnerable individuals in crisis are support through this difficult period and work to achieving positive outcomes for all individuals they support. Your new role You will be working and supporting the staff while on shift to ensure that all individuals within the service are kept safe while responding to any issue that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible. Some of this individuals who are within the services have some underlining mental health issue and areas of awareness are drug/alcohol and substance misuse dependencies. You will be working with a team of dedicated worker to ensure these individuals are support in the best way and encouraging them to lead a healthy lifestyle to improve their well being. What you'll need to succeed Successful candidates must have a min of 6 months experience in a similar role within the past 2 years and the ability to adapt to any challenging/changeable situations. You must be able to build report to ensure positive and trusting relations are formed. You will be a quick thinker and be able to act when appropriate.
