Application Support Engineer Milton Keynes, Bucks £45-60k bonus & benefits Fullstack London is currently working in partnership with the World’s most creative and imaginative digital services provider; assisting with their search for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join a MK-based team. As an Application Support Engineer, you will focus on unifying software development and software operation within an agile multi-national project team focusing on Sitecore and Azure. You will be the key contact for client operations in all their production support needs, proactively troubleshooting the current application to ensure it is performing as required. You’ll be joining a hugely talented team, within a company that is committed to providing a flexible and maintainable work/life balance for all of their employees. Role requirements: Hands on Application Support for live commerce website including second line support Manage the current services and hosting offering Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment and infrastructure issues Experience working within a Commerce focused project Act as hosting & cloud subject matter expert for clients and colleagues Strong experience of web development technologies and online user experience. Infrastructure expert towards architecture on cloud services Developer Support towards Sitecore, .Net, PHP and Database technology, MSSQL and MySQL (Programming knowledge a bonus) Setting up and configuring WebApps and VMs Understanding of managing DevOps related task & tools (C.I and C.D using tools like Team City) Microsoft Azure with experience in running architectures within this space Lead/Review Application security testing Knowledge of Products/Services include: Dedicated web hosting & cloud hosting This is a fantastic opportunity for any dynamic Application Support Engineer to join an exciting and interesting organisation.
