Overview

We are looking for a Project Engineer (with mechanical bias, but some electrical engineering knowledge) to join an aerospace company near Fareham, developing and qualifying new fuel system parts which will be used in exciting international projects. This challenging yet fulfilling role will see you developing these fuel systems, from conception to completion, as well as supporting other, existing products in moving to fruition. As a senior engineer, you will also be tasked with helping allocate tasks, ensuring compliances are met and ISOs adhered to. You would also be expected to compile and organise records of changes and developments as they occur, then create review data packs and have them ready for presenting to other engineers and members of management. As the ideal candidate, you would have a degree in engineering, a strong working history in aerospace (or other, similar, precision engineering fields), solid technical and analytical skills, and knowledge of the New Product Introduction process. This will be a Long-Term, On-Going contract, with real scope for longevity. A straight-days role, and based close to the M27 (easily commutable from Portsmouth, Fareham and Southampton) this role could be a real career-maker.
