Our Fareham based client is looking for an immediately available Project Manager for a 3 month FTC, with previous experience of working within a PCT or CCG setting to mange a project with the aim of increasing business resilience. The post holder will be responsible for establishing a project structure and programme to manage a series of workstreams such as workforce ( recruitment and retention), efficient business models and quality and patient experience improvements, along with enabling programmes such a estates and digital. The successful candidate will be required to create a project plan and work with a team of subject matter experts and clinical leaders to ensure delivery of the plan. The postholder should be experienced in matrix working across a range of disciplines, be competent in establishing relationships with key external stakeholders ( local practices, clinical leaders, Local Medical Committee and NHS England) to ensure delivery of the plan.
