Overview

Role & Responsibilities Overview Customer Division supports Honda Motor Europe’s (HME) after sales operations across 17 European countries for cars, motorcycles and power products. The role of Dealer Business Performance (DBP) Support Manager is to assist the Dealer Business Performance management team strengthen profitability of the Auto and Motorcycle Dealer networks across the European region. The DBP department serves Honda dealers and country offices (Branches) providing business information and analysis, as well as regular and ad-hoc reporting to Honda Senior management in Europe and Japan. The DBP Support Manager will collate and produce information and analysis that will help define Honda’s future strategic approach, as well as aid the local field managers prioritise activities to ensure Dealer performance is maintained and improved. In this role, the DBP Support Manager, will build on their current experience of the motor industry and gain wide experience of Pan European Dealer activity and performance, in Automobiles, Motorcycles and Power Products, which will provide a strong foundation for future career development. The key responsibilities of this role include: Be the central point of contact for all business management activities from Branches, HME Car and MC divisions as well as the composite platform supplier Work with the supplier to coordinate the production of monthly composite reports that provide data and information regarding the financial performance of our networks at dealer, national and Pan-European levels Provide analysis and summaries of performance of networks to Honda Senior Management Work with Branch management to extend dealer composite to a greater number of dealers, and to improve data quality where already established Work with composite supplier to ensure accurate and timely provision of reporting Working with the KPI Improvement Manager: To collate and produce high quality reports and dashboards of activities and performance of Honda Car and Motorcycle dealers from European markets to identify opportunities, set targets and track performance To provide information and analysis to support Honda Branch and Area Manager activity To produce regular weekly and monthly HME management performance summary reports To respond to ad-hoc requests for information from various sources, including Top Management in Europe and Japan Work with the systems suppliers to ensure consistent and reliable reporting is maintained General Manage supplier payment process and monitor budget expenditure Reporting Lines & Support Honda - David Warr - Dealer Business Performance - Department Manager.
