Overview
We are looking for a proactive, motivated ERP Project Manager with good communication, administration, client facing and management skills. You will have a confident approach to challenges and enjoy building relationships with team members and customers. The role is home based anywhere from Leeds, to the West Country, down to southern England, Oxford is just a marker. Salary to £50k plus car allowance. You will manage several ERP projects concurrently and of different sizes and at different stages, including project budgets, change requests, project plans, issue / risk registers, project progress, and project communication, acting as an advocate for clients, maintaining strong relationships with all departments to ensure successful implementation of the ERP software and delivery of projects within process guidelines. You will have the ability to engage with stakeholders and use your project management skills to get the very best from project resources, to ensure on-budget and on-time delivery of projects. You are personable, happy working with clients, consultants and technical staff and capable of working professionally under pressure, prioritising your workloads and meeting deadlines. With previous experience as a Project Manager looking after ERP software projects, you will cover: Project kick off meetings Weekly project calls Organising and attending site visits and project meetings Project plans, RAG reports Scheduling consultants and developers to carry out project delivery tasks Budgets Change requests Working with stakeholders and providing progress reports Managing issue and risk registers for review at meetings Diaries, timesheets, invoices Managing scope and deliverables Communicating with clients through email, site visits and conference calls Ideally you will have experience of ERP solutions, but it could be other application software such as dealer management (DMS), property management software, construction software, accounting software or similar. You will be well organised and happy to be home based, with travel to client sites.
