This successful business software consultancy headquartered in Hemel Hempstead are looking for 3 Application Support Consultants who has supported commercial business software such as ERP, Supply Chain, Accounting, Property Management, Legal Software, Dealer Management software, Construction Software, Distribution software, eCommerce software or similar. Prospects are excellent with full training in their fully integrated ERP, Accounts, e-commerce, CRM, job costing and stock control software solutions and there is real potential to move on into consulting, software implementation and training, or project management in the future. They are offering a starting salary of between £25 and £35k depending on your level of experience plus benefits. This is a buzzing, innovative and growing business software company with 4 offices and an excellent client base in their niche markets. They have a passion for excellent client service and employ enthusiastic, motivated people who share this passion. Their team is made up of Support Analysts, Implementation Consultants, Project Managers and Software Developers and they have won awards for their service. As part of their support team you will respond to client enquiries via email and telephone and log in remotely to their clients' software to find solutions to their problems. They are looking for 3 enthusiastic and bright, communicative Application Support Analysts / Support Consultants who want to learn and develop and have a real interest in ERP, Accounting, CRM, Stock Control and eCommerce software solutions and are excellent at problem solving and providing the clients with the best possible service. Profile: Previous experience supporting business application software such as ERP, Accounting software, Time & Attendance, DMS Dealer Management, Inventory Control software, Property Management software, Service Management software, MRP software, Workforce software, Distribution software, Pension software, Legal software, Construction software, eCommerce software or any other commercial software solutions support skills Proactive, enthusiastic, good problem solver, good team player Keen to learn the latest integrated applications Passion for providing the best customer service Proximity to their head office in Hemel Hempstead Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills If you have at least12 months' experience as a Software Support Consultant or Support Analyst and would like to make a move to a great company where you will be mentored and trained, this could be the perfect move for you.
