The Company: Founded in 2007 the company are currently 127 people big (offices based in London, Germany and the US). The company works in a number of different sectors, automotive, industrial and digital. The company is currently award winning having been voted one of the top 100 companies to work for in 2017 with 3 of their consultants billing over £800K. What can you expect from the company in terms on incentives? Team holidays to places like Ibiza, Ski trips and weekend getaways Christmas parties with top billers being awarded amazing prizes; for example a Rolex Gym is encouraged every lunchtime (free gym membership) Breakfast provided every morning Unlimited holiday Bar in the office Career progression and training: Everyone coming into the company will start as a delivery company until being promoted to sales consultant. This usually takes a minimum of 6 month for each promotion with a salary increase by at least £5K each time. You will have one to one training with team leads with a weeklong training development program when you first start.
