Requirement Regional Recruitment Consultant /Managing Consultant /Divisional Manager or Trainee Recruitment Manager. Requirement This unique role as a Regional Recruitment Consultant /Managing Consultant /Divisional Manager or Trainee Recruitment Manager is available for those that are familiar with the area geographically (East Midlands ) . You will receive excellent sales and recruitment training as well as management training(for those that may want management) .The company encourage a flexible working environment which allows you and the Recruitment Consultants to make responsible decisions to assist their own performance, whilst enabling them to establish a comfortable working style and balance with outside commitments. Experience required Previous experience working within the recruitment sector ( essential ) An entrepreneurial outlook .An ability to self-motivate and manage yourself on a day-to-day basis .An ethos of providing high standards of service within recruitment .You will not be managed with KPIS and targets ,the role is based on results .You will get heaps of support and leads from the team .
