Overview
Investment Administrator - 30-35k - London Would you like to work for a gold chartered firm established 27 years ago who have brought themselves into the modern age but have over 200 years of technical ability and financial services experience? They specialise in three areas of the market which includes asset management, financial advice and fund management. Essential requirements to be considered You must be coming from an Investment management, wealth or fund management setting. You must have experience working in the exact capacity of Investment support or IFA support. Experience using Intelligent office and Virtual cabinet will increase your chances of Interview by around 50%. Level 4 diploma in financial services or working towards this is essential - Relevant qualifications. Role itself You will be supporting Investment Advisers, fund managers, paraplanners and the director on a technical level. Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. Ability to critically evaluate information, probe and challenge facts. Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. A flexible and adaptable attitude towards work. Excellent time Management, ability to work to set deadlines. Ability to work accurately and in accordance with procedures. Maintenance of all records (electronic and paper) in line with Company procedures. Maintenance of performance standards in line with client agreements. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner at all times are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential Full understanding of report writing, cash flows, investment propositions and funds - Essential. A real knowledge of the Industry and strong experience to support this.
