Overview
Our client located in Sutton Coldfield is seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator on a 12 month contract to cover Maternity leave. Administrator responsibilities: Dealing with telephone enquiries Diary management Ordering stationary and other materials Preparing documents and packs Raising purchase orders Providing refreshments for meetings Organise and update data Invoicing Arrange and coordinate events Booking travel Minute taking Audio typing Reception duties Ensuring filing is kept up to date, archiving documents as necessary General administration including distributing post, photocopying, scanning and formatting documents and reports Administrator requirements: Due to the location of our client applicants MUST have access to own transport Organised and good time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel Previous Administration experience In return our client offers benefits such as pension, life assurance, healthcare, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), free parking.
