Overview
A client are currently seeking a senior Project Manager to join their digital technology division. They are currently undergoing a major period of business transformation, investing in new ways of working and systems to underpin their journey to become a more digital and data-driven organisation. Skills/Responsibilities Experience of a Project Managing a range of technologies with exp in at least two of the following: Oracle, Salesforce, BI Solutions, Datawarehouse solutions, finance solutions, Microsoft, HR solutions, other enterprise level packaged software that supports business processes in finance, HR, compliance, commercial, strategy and business development Managed teams of 20 persons multiple times. Familiar with business change methodology and best practice. Experience of working with budgets in excess of £3m and working with onshore and offshore delivery team. Planning and implementing the major IT and business transformation initiatives. blue chip or multinational company experience, and experience of working with matrixed organisations. Working closely with business stakeholders, members of the architecture team and our strategic IT partners. People Skills. Proven track record negotiating across complex groups. Experience of managing 3rd parties, ideally including a Tier 1 systems integrator. Providing leadership and direction for a team of internal IT professionals. Demonstrated skills interacting with senior leaders. Confirmed skills and experience delivering, managing and controlling large IT application projects. Demonstrated understanding of quality and compliance. Excellent relationship management and influencing skills. Strong interpersonal skills and passion for customers. A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy and resilience. A sense of ownership and enterprise leadership to deliver high quality solutions that solve business problems.
