Overview
Credit Controller Based: Manchester Salary: £20,000 We are currently working with a property management company based in Manchester City Centre who are looking for some temporary support on credit control The main responsibilities for this role are/will be: Posting bank transactions to tenants and supplier accounts Daily & monthly bank reconciliations Paying rental deposits to Deposit Protection Scheme Setting up direct debits with the bank Collecting monthly direct debits Making payments to landlords Creating tenant accounts upon move in Raising monthly rental invoices Closing down tenant accounts once moved out Collecting overdue rents from tenants Issuing notices to tenants Issuing CCJs and liaising with solicitors Monthly/weekly aged debt review meetings Liaising with clients to discuss outstanding rental debt Dealing with tenant queries Liaising with utility billing agents for escalated tenant queries The successful candidate for this role will have/be: Worked in a similar role Immediately available to start work Previous knowledge/exposure to a property business Please send your CV for immediate consideration or call Chris Smith on
