3rd Line IT Support Engineer - London - £55K Up to £55K depending on experience bonus Tired of doing day-to-day support and still having to pick up 1st line calls? Want to undertake more project and implementation work utilising the latest tech out there? If so, please read on A global professional services business with a multi-million £ turnover and 3000 employees is looking for a 3rd Line IT Engineer to join their team ASAP. They need someone who is technically strong with Server deployments, Virtualisation, Cloud Infrastructure and Networking to assist with exciting design, implementation and project work alongside BAU support. Combined with solution building and system deployments, you will be the last escalation point to the service desk to assist with any issues they may not be able to troubleshoot themselves. The IT team will consist of 15 engineers supporting around 650 users. This will be a busy, fast paced role where you will gain exposure to a lot of the newest technology out there.
