Overview
Builders Merchant Account Manager – Construction Products OUR CLIENT A market-leading manufacturer within the construction industry. This is an instantly recognised brand who are well-known for the quality of their products. The business is heavily investing in it’s sales team across the country and have created an additional sales account manager role to supplement their Merchant sales team in the North East. THE ROLE This is a field-based sales role, where you’ll manage relationships builders merchants and contractors across the North East. Your job will be to keep abreast of projects in the area, working with contractors and merchants to add value and offer them a product solution to suit their needs on a project-by-project basis. An interesting and varied role, you can expect to be involved in a wide varied of constructions developments across the region, building up ongoing relationships with repeat customers as you go. THE CANDIDATE We’re looking for driven career-minded, sales people from within the construction industry. Most likely you’ll be working within a merchant either in a branch-based or field-based position and seeking to further your career with a manufacturer. In any case, you must be able to demonstrate the drive, enthusiasm and personality required to succeed in this role. THE REWARDS Basic salary of up to £30,000 along with an OTE of £40,000.
