Our client is an Award winning Company that offers an ever-expanding range of medicines and remedies not available from other large online retailers, shipped to your door at a fraction of the cost of a high street chemist. The company is moving from strength to strength and as a consequence our client is looking to bring in a Packing Room Manager, who will essentially lead the Packing Room Team and help them to efficiently manage over 20,000 orders a week. You will be a team player and be prepared to do whatever it takes to get the job done, however you will demonstrate leadership qualities and quickly be able to identify where efficiences can be made and productivity improved You will have great communication, organisation and analytical skills. You will have ideally come from a similar Medical/Pharmaceutical environment. You will be able to evidence working knowledge of a picking/packing process and how to follow a process through from pick to post. You will have supervised a team and have excellent people management skills, with a particular emphasis on using sales data and KPI's to influence process improvements.
