Overview
Data Analyst -Bristol - Up to £35000 A Data Analyst is required to join a non-profit organization focused on developing earlier diagnostics and smarter treatments in Bristol. This is a Company which offers exciting development opportunities internally, and the ability to get stuck in to truly interesting data sets. This role will support business strategy and customer insights with data requirements. You will be closely aligned with the strategy insight and planning teams to bring their goals and objectives into reality. You will also look to extract value from their digital tools and customer data, whilst supporting stand-alone projects that are aligned to the requirements of the overall business. Responsibilities Support relationships with external agencies supplying market and competitor data Empower and partner with the strategy & insight teams to ensure timely, comprehensive and insightful information that delivers business impact Work across Marketing (and other divisions) to champion, influence and exploit the agenda for Customer Analytics Contribute to the research for assessment, introduction and rollout of tools and technology platforms for analytics, automation, insights and visualization Conduct research and development on the latest tools & techniques; whilst improving on current methods and introducing new ways of sourcing data Conduct research and adopt best practices in establishing business analytics platforms, systems and approaches Requirements Strong experience with SQL Exposure to any reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS) would be highly beneficial Good communication skills Good skills with Excel Confident at extracting data from databases The Company A lot of internal development opportunities with the ability to go on training programmes to learn new skills highly beneficial to your own career development.
