Helpdesk jobs in Manchester Your new company You will be working for a leading global provider of integrated facilities services. Your new role You will be working with the soft services team to provide first line support for all help desk queries from tenants/customers and contractors. Your key responsibilities will include: Liaising with tenants and contractors whilst providing a professional service. Logging calls and jobs on the company's network system. Completing Excel spreadsheets and other reports. Assisting the soft services team with jobs. Providing a high-level service to tenants. What you'll need to succeed Experience in a customer facing role (preferably help-desk roles) IT competent Experience/Knowledge of facilities soft services (Desired) Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
