Legal Administrator TSR Legal is recruiting for a Legal Administration to provide a first-class support service within a Tier one legal practice in Central Cardiff. As an to Administrator you’ll be assisting the team in Cardiff with achieving the highest possible standards supporting the close-knit team. This is a great opportunity to work with highly regarded professional and develop your skills. You do not need to have experience of working in the legal sector to apply for this position but you do need to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills. Your daily tasks will include General administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, printing, scanning and binding documents Archiving files Supporting the secretarial team General departmental administration tasks, including but not limited to: answering the telephone and dealing with queries/taking messages; Billing and processing expenses Maintaining the database Setting up external meetings Diary management and travel arrangements To be successful you will need to have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, strong customer service skills, an eye for detail and accuracy.
