Overview
This is an exciting opportunity, to work for a well established client within the Financial Services sector. My client, is seeking a confident and dynamic candidate who has a proven track record in Compliance to support all areas of the business. The role Reporting to the Group Compliance Director, the Senior Compliance Manager will support all areas of the business and assist lead a small team of compliance staff. You should have the drive to continue learning within the business. On the job training will be provided where necessary. There are excellent continual development opportunities to further develop your compliance management capabilities. In this role, you will be: Supporting the company maintain compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority regulation and other applicable legisation Providing regulatory compliance advice and guidance to the organisation Acting as a deputy MLRO for the organisation Ensuring effective policies are created and implemented across the business Providing assistance with monitoring the effectiveness of the company's compliance and controls Managing a small team of compliance staff Supporting and managing the company's risk policy and procedures Providing FCA data reporting We expect you to have: at least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within a financial organisation excellent knowledge of FCA regulation, in particular COBS, CONC, SYSC, DISP Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, Fraud & Data Protection regulations Good communication, great stakeholder management and relationship building skills A flexible attitude and be an analytical thinker If you demonstrate the required skills and experience, and have a serious interest with this position, then apply now by sending us your CV along with a short cover letter
