Job Title: Financial Planning Admin Manager Location: Exeter Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 The Company: A well-respected Financial Planning firm based with a good reputation across the South West of England are looking for an experienced Manager to come and join their growing Exeter office. This firm provides advice across Pensions, Investments, IHT and Wealth management and have grown consistently over the last few years. They are a forward-thinking firm that embrace technology and pride themselves on the technical knowledge that their team provides, along with the high-levels of customer service. The Role: This role would involve overseeing the back office function within the business and would suit someone who has strong experience within a Financial Planning/Wealth Management Business. Managing the administrative team as well as Training new starters, having a handle on the recruitment and expansion and day-to-day running of the department. There will be some client contact and you will be working closely with the other managers and directors within the business, as well as closely with the firm’s Financial Planners. The Required Skills: Essential: - Experience of working within a Financial Planning Firm in a senior position - Management experience is essential in this position - Experience in an operational capacity would be advantageous. - Financial Services Qualifications such as the Level 4 Diploma would be highly desirable, as well as a good knowledge about the workings of the FCA.
