Overview
Connect2Socialwork are currently seeking permanent Social Workers to work in Care Planning teams on behalf of Croydon Council. Excellent salaries and financial welcome packages are offered to recruited social workers following successful complete of probation, up to £5000. Care Planning Units are responsible for implementing child in need and child protection plans. Where necessary to safeguard the child, court work and legal proceedings will be attended. The Units work with looked after children through any legal processes up to the Permanence Planning Meeting within three weeks of the statutory review. Please get in contact for more info.
