Look no further as we are recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead a popular Charity Shop in Exmouth. As Manager you will lead a team of volunteers to deliver the highest standards of customer service and presentation of stock in order to maximise sales. You will have the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of people and have good knowledge of the issues relating to recruiting and retaining volunteers. Experience of working to targets and KPIs within a retail environment is key for this role. You will work 5 days out of 6, Monday to Saturday . You will cover all Branch duties from opening & closing the shop, organising rotas, cashing up, dealing with donations of all types (money and goods) stock rotation and displays. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, positive and have previous retail and people management experience.
