Overview

Equi-Trek are the leading manufacturers of equestrian and leisure vehicles, supplying to the UK and overseas. We are currently recruiting for a Production and Transport Coordinator to join our expanding business. The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspect of the production planning and booking transport arrangements. This will include: · Allocating chassis numbers to new orders and processing new orders · Allocating stock/hire/sponsorship · Adding vehicles onto the status report and invoice · Adding new vehicles and update Production bookings · Liaising with other departments and dealers (Purchasing/Accounts/Sales/Peugeot/Isuzu/Iveco/Daf etc) · Arranging show vehicles and dealer reports · Booking transport schedules (to dealers, private customers, external suppliers) · Downloading tacos and presenting it to the Operations Director · Working under the Managing Director · Looking after drivers administration and vehicle maintenance You will have: - Flexible approach on working hours; - Commitment and dedication to the success of the business; - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; - Excellent man-management skills and ability to show continuous improvement; CPC qualification, HGV licence and experience in transport legalities are not essential, but would be a distinct advantage. In return, we offer: · Salary: £20000- £26000 depending on experience · Standard working week: Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays) (8:30am -17.00pm) · 21 days holidays 8 Bank Holidays · Up to five extra holidays through our Long Service Scheme · Pension Scheme · Free on- site parking
