Cordant People are currently recruiting for a Production Operative in Tiverton. As a Production Operative, you will be a part of a growing team and get the opportunity to learn and develop new skills. The role: Responsible for the safe operation of the machine during your shift, monitoring the quality of the product produced at your work station in the most efficient and cost effective manner. General line work Quality checking all products The role will be in a fast-paced environment, working in a team to meet targets. Carry out adjustments during the operation and change the machine over to run different formats when required. You will have the opportunity to learn how to drive a fork lift truck What we are looking for: We are looking for hard working, self-motivated people who can work at a fast pace. Someone who can be relied upon to turn up to work every day and be on time A team player who will work to increase productivity. This is a temporary position with various hours available 7am - 3pm. 8am - 4pm. 6am - 6pm. Continental shifts which will include day & night work.
