Overview

The Company: An exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Customer Service Team Leader to join a fast growing online Fashion Ladieswear Retailer. The candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. You will provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring they achieve specific team objectives and deliver an excellent customer experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Manage inbound written queries for Customer Services. Be the escalation point for the team. Liaising with all necessary departments to resolve customer queries/disputes Manage and continually develop staff to ensure consistent quality of customer service. Ensure all correspondence is answered within agreed SLAs and in the company tone of voice. Ensure that complaints are accurately recorded & reported according to the complaint process. Co-operate with all other teams across the business to enable efficient operating processes and a positive customer experience. Ensure all web, system and process issues identified are logged and resolved. Responsible for assigning workload and timetable for the team Hold 1-2-1 meetings and regular team meetings to deliver updates and key messages to the team. Complete other ad-hoc tasks as required by your manager. Other duties as required. Skills Required: MUST have 2 years’ experience in a similar role with Ecommerce. Have experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader (Desirable). Experience of Zendesk & Magento (Desirable). Strong customer service skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
