Overview
Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business in the Medical Devices industry. My client requires a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join the business and establish processes for their West Yorkshire facility. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: Optimise workstation layouts and equipment recommendations Provide technical expertise to solve complex issues Work closely with R&D and Quality to improve production yields and reduce cost Research technological advancement in material processing Monitor and update the Validation Master Plan Initiate, lead and perform Process Validations - IQ, OQ, and PQ Provide continuous improvement to anticipate design/process FMEA Investigate and introduce new assembly jigs and equipment in line with the company's validation master plan Mentor engineers and provide training on new processes Root cause analysis investigations Work alongside and support Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and Leadership functions Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing are keen to speak with the following skills and experiences: Degree qualified in Engineering Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing role is required Experience working in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment Proven experience of utilising Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work A meticulous eye for detail Team player with effective communication Elevation Recruitment Group's Engineering & Manufacturing division work with a vast range of businesses across Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
