£300-£350 per day Brand new Interim Head of Finance, Woking (12-month assignment) Robert Half are delighted to managing an exclusive and retained search to secure a new Interim Head of Finance to join a global business based in Woking. This is brand new role and is reporting into the Finance Director and will be focused around group accounting, reporting and consolidations. We are looking for a high energy and forwarding thinking finance professional. Our client is looking for someone who has successful managed a reporting cycle and who can own the statutory accounting processes. We are looking for people who can tick the following boxes. Qualified Accountant Strong technical background Someone with a strong international group reporting and consolidations background. Someone who have experience managing a complete finance function. This is a really hands on a varied role that would suit someone who is a technical expert but with a personality to influence. High energy company, great people, innovative culture and lots to get stuck into. The Role The successful Head of Finance must be a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) and have a strong academic background and technical accounting grounding. Key responsibilities: Own the statutory accounts. Lead and manage the group accounts. Management reporting and consolidations. Oversee all driving improved controls and processes across an international remit. Act as a systems champion for the group. Manage all audit relationship. Be comfortable presenting at board level. Your profile The successful Interim Head of Finance is likely to be a qualified accountant (ACA) with a strong academic background. A strong proven track record of working for a global business.
