FullStack Engineer - £100,000 Avanti recruitment are currently working with a start-up FinTech company based in Central London, the company focuses on their new web based modelling platform which is allowing their customers to build complex mathematical models. The company is looking for an enthusiastic Lead fullstack developer to join their small but very knowledgeable development team. You will have monitored a team or coached members of staff. You have a good understanding of the differences between architectural trade-offs and synchronous and asynchronous designs. On the front end the team will be working on various roles and working across the whole tech stack such as applying frameworks throughout their companies IDE’s to the public-facing website. On the backend the team will be building and developing API’s to applications running in public and private cloud, developing system specifications for existing and new modules as well as building libraries, tools, proof of concepts, consumer products and everything in-between. You will be a very hands on developer and will utilize pair programming to the fullest. You will have experience with working with clients and understanding their needs, in order to create clean code and complete the project perfectly within a reasonable time scale. The company are looking for a fullstack developer who is enthusiastic about working for a start-up.
