Overview
Accounts and Payroll Assistant required for excellent organisation based near Wareham Your new company This growing organisation, based near Wareham, are seeking an Accounts and Payroll Assistant to join them. You will be working within a small Finance team in a friendly office environment. This is an exciting and varied role within a fantastic organisation. Your new role In your new role you will be accountable for the day to day payroll and accounts functions for 3 companies. You will be utilising your excellent communication and time-management skills to process payroll for approx. 150 employees both hourly and salaried whilst also being hand-on and responsible for the end to end processing of accounts. This will include processing invoices, resolving queries, bank reconciliations and updating and reconciling cash flows. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful you will have experience from a similar fast-paced role. You will be proactive and have a positive attitude. You will have high attention to detail and be able to hit the ground running. Experience using Sage 50 and Sage payroll is also desirable.
