Overview

Our client based in Poole are currently recruiting for an interim accounts assistant to support the transactions of the business. This role will last for circa three months as the business goes through significant change. Role This role is fast paced and focusing on the following responsibilities: - High volume invoice processing. - Match batch and coding invoices. - Raising invoices to clients. - Chasing payments. - Supervising staff. - BACS and one off payments. - Process weekly payment runs. - Bank and balance sheet reconciliations. - Using V Look Ups and Pivot Tables to organise data. - Complicated query handling. Profile This role would suit a confident transactional candidate. Typically you will have experience processing both sides of the ledger either as a senior transactional expert, or a Finance Manager.
