RTA Team Leader
Overview
A well established and forward-thinking firm is seeking an RTA team leader to join their specialist Personal Injury department in their Manchester office. You will be an integral part of their friendly and dedicated team and be responsible for overseeing fee earners/paralegals handling a caseload of RTA files through each stage of the MOJ portal process. You will be required continuously improve the quality of work produced whilst offering support, guidance and encouragement to your team of solicitors/fee earners, paralegals and admin assistants ensuring they perform in line with their objectives and targets set. This firm has built its reputation on maintaining excellent client and customer service, putting the RTA team leader at the forefront of delivering this exceptional service. You will have supervised/managed a portal team of fee earners and ideally have claimant experience, although coming from a defendant background will also be considered.
