The Role This Top 200 UK firm are seeking a Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join their expanding team in London. You will be responsible for adopting the firm's ethos and working with the specialist Partners to build the department further; ensuring future success for the existing team and the firm as a whole. Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of contentious and non-contentious Construction including: Adjudication, Arbitration and Litigation Providing practical and commercial advice at an early stage where projects are in distress Interim and final payments disputes, Professional negligence claims and issues of delay and defective works to name a few The team act for employers (Corporates and High net worth individuals), Construction professionals, Contractors and Sub-contractors and the successful candidate can look forward to a broad range of quality work across various sectors.
