Construction Associate 2.5PQE MAJOR CITY
Overview
Our client, leading City and international firm, has a highly regarded non-contentious construction and engineering practice with strength and depth in real estate development, development finance, energy, major projects and infrastructure. The partners are now looking for an additional non-contentious construction Associate, ideally with at least 2PQE, to join the team to take on a very varied non-contentious construction workload with exposure to high value, complex domestic and international construction work. The new construction associate will enjoy a high level of client contact and will manage their own workload as well as be integrally involved in helping to further develop the practice. Ideally construction lawyers applying for this position will have good experience in drafting and negotiating standard form contracts, consultant appointments, bonds guarantees and related interfaces, including forward purchases, forward funding, agreements for lease and development finance. Excellent City package and agile working.
