Overview
Sue Ross Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected, regional firm of Solicitors who are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team. You will be expected to run a wide caseload covering the full remit of Clinical Negligence matters including but not limited to; • Diabetes • Delayed and misdiagnosis • Cancer • Brain Injuries • Issues surrounding births • Surgical procedures To be considered for this role it is essential that you are a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 – 15 years PQE. There may also be some supervisory elements to the role whilst providing assistance and support to more junior members of staff. The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own files as well as contributing to the growth of the department as a whole. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of clients.
