An excellent opportunity has arisen for newly qualified Litigation Lawyer to join a very busy and expanding team at one of the leading firms in the Eastbourne region. About the Role The appointed Litigation Lawyer will be joining a dynamic Dispute Resolution department, which provides advice across a range of contentious issues. You will gain exposure to areas including: • Commercial litigation • Civil litigation • Property litigation Clients include local businesses and HNW individuals with claims ranging from small County Court claims to High Court matters. The Ideal Candidate The successful Litigation Lawyer will demonstrate the following: • NQ as a Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive on route to CILEx qualification • Experience covering a range of predominantly civil matters or commercial disputes, with a view to focusing on civil matters in future • A good understanding of civil procedures • A commercial outlook • An ability to manage a caseload with supervision What’s on Offer?
