Recognised by the Legal 500 for its outstanding Defendant Clinical Negligence Department, this is an excellent and quite rare opportunity for a clinical negligence solicitor to join this well-regarded team in its Winchester office. You will be acting on behalf of the NHSLA, Medical Defence Union and NHS trusts, as well as private hospitals. Your role will be to handle a varied and diverse caseload of defendant clinical negligence files from the initial interview right through to completion, while working alongside the senior team on cases of real complexity. You will ideally be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE gained preferably in defendant clinical negligence. However, if you are from a claimant background, you will be given equal consideration and are actively encouraged to apply.
