Commercial litigation lawyer sought by busy and independent Manchester law firm. Your new company This Manchester law firm has a good track record and a notable commercial litigation department. Your new role This commercial litigation role will see you handle a mix of shareholder and partnership disputes, You will also be involved in mainstream contractual disputes, some property litigation matters as well as some insolvency disputes. The client base largely comprises OMBs and SMEs. What you'll need to succeed You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 4 years' pqe. You will be well versed in handling your own caseload and in providing a first class and pro-active service to clients. If you have business development and work winning skills this is helpful but not essential.
