Interesting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a Multinational Investment Bank in London for a 6 month contract Very exciting position for a Solicitor with 5 years PQE, to join a stimulating project at one of the leading Investment Banks in London, on a contractual basis. Job Description: -Data mining legal agreements (Pricing supplements/prospectus) to confirm contractual responsibilities. -Complete due diligence of legal docs & determine fallback provisions/cure options. -Support legal updates / conduct risk / repapering & industry solutions/protocols. -Supporting client comms and outreach / track client responses. -Oversite of DMC - reconciling our deal population & passing documents to DMC. -Working aloongside BAU teams The ideal candidate will be someone who is an excellent communicator and can hit the ground running. Ideally someone that has good industry knowledge of LIBOR.
