Residential Conveyancer | Northampton £20,000 - £22,000 per annum £4,000 bonus A well-established Northampton firm that won "Best Conveyancing firm" in 2019 is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join for a full-time, permanent role that is to be based at home. I have worked with this conveyancing firm in the past, placing 4 other Conveyancers into new roles last year. With this conveyancing hire, the firm is looking for expansion as well as business improvement. Your New Role The Conveyancer will be responsible for a range of matters including: Handling a varied caseload of residential property files (including sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold transactions, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, equity) Managing approximately 50 files Delivering efficient and high-quality client care Working with the support of an administrative and post completion team About You The firm looks to hire a Conveyancer who demonstrates: A background in residential conveyancing The ability to manage large caseloads Excellent team working ability Business development experience Benefits In return, the Residential Conveyancer will be offered: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum Remote working Medical Cover Onsite parking Travel assistance Income Protection Insurance Training contracts Learning and Development Eye care vouchers Apply Now Please apply today to be considered immediately for this excellent home-based conveyancing opportunity.
