The role will involve dealing with a caseload of matters relating to the sale and purchase of freehold properties including specialist transactions relating to re-mortgages, deed of variation and other transactions. Ideally, you will be an experienced fee earner that is used to running a caseload from start to finish and qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
