Overview
Administrator Location: Warwick Adecco UK are recruiting for a Functional Support Administrator to join our leading tech snd digital clients team based in Warwick What are my responsibilities? Provide both verbal and written assistance/support to customers both internal and external to the business. Help to resolve customer issues including walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes. Ensure the relevant SLA's are adhered to & escalate when required. Assist with data management activities. Producing high quality deliverables. Conforming to company processes, quality standards and guidelines. Interfacing and cooperating with international stakeholders. What do I need to qualify for this job? You will have previous administration/support experience preferably in a customer services environment You will be customer focused You will have excellent communication skills-written and verbal You will have good MS Office skills You will have strong attention to detail You will be able to identify potential continuous improvement opportunities You will have the ability to understand and rapidly adapt to our established processes. You will be an excellent team player with the ability to work independently. You will have a proactive, well-organised and result-oriented approach combined with an ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.
