CALL HANDLER REQUIRED - START ASAP - BATLEY Your new company A large healthcare provider based in Batley. Your new role You will be working in the emergency care team fielding calls and getting all the callers details prior to being passed onto the relevant care staff. This role needs excellent attention to detail and excellent levels of customer service. Other duties may include all the admin behind the calls and medical records updating What you'll need to succeed You must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to listen to customers well. Experience of having good attention to detail and dealing with high levels of data is also desirable.
