Description Handle a range of varied immigration queries from Tier 1 and 2 visas to advising businesses on supporting employees with visa restrictions Work collaboratively with other members of your team when the immigration work crosses into other legal disciplines Provide timely and accurate advice to clients across a range of immigration concerns Profile The successful candidate will have experience working as an immigration solicitor; they may be handling immigration cases in another Kent based firm or be looking to work closer to their Kent home.
