Overview
This key division within a global consulting firm is currently searching for talent at the Senior Manager / Associate Director level to join this ever expanding North West tax team. Working within the M&A and Deals team you will working cross functionally on the end to end deal process, working within the corporate tax, fund structuring, Capital Allowances, Private Equity as well as VAT. This well connected team work on deals of various sizes such as global hedge fund deals, high profile Far East & Middle Eastern acquisitions as examples. Key fundamentals of the role are: Tax technical Business acumen Strategy Internal & external network The ideal candidate is ACA, CTA, CA or a Law qualification with experience from a Top 10 Tax practice, In House tax teams or possibly from a Law firm working in the M&A tax or PE funds teams.
