Overview

We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager for a very high performing Partner who is ex Big 4. Due to continued growth, they have recently recruited a highly capable Senior Manager to further strengthen the team and this vacancy is for a Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager who will support both the Partner and the new Senior Manager. This role will allow you to lead complex and sometimes high-profile insolvency assignments and to contribute to a highly successful team while widening your own experience base. As a senior figure within the Restructuring and Recovery, you’ll be responsible for - Client handling Case progression Compliance Financial requirements HR and training needs of the junior members of the team You’ll be seen as a key member of the team and will be answerable directly to the senior managers/directors group and will have the opportunity to take responsibility for a portfolio of more complex insolvency cases both corporate and personal Cases include: Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation Members’ Voluntary Liquidation Compulsory Liquidation Bankruptcy Administration (trading and non-trading) Company Voluntary Arrangements and Individual Voluntary Arrangements. Person Specification and Skills You will need to add value to the team, inspire confidence, provide leadership and be a point of contact for advice and guidance for the junior staff. Proven insolvency experience in a similar role essential ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency Qualification essential Studying towards or considering JIEB desirable but not essential Proven ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook and time management system Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you are looking for the next step in your career, and this sounds like the type of role that offers that, please do get in contact today.
