Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Residential property manager to join their growing team in London on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties inside and outside of London. Responsibilities Include: Pre-tenancy works logging and diarising gas safety inspections and PAT tests Carry out and arrange property inspections, compile reports for the landlords and tenants as well as address any issues that arise from property inspections Facilitate property visits twice a year on each property Pay all contractor invoices To attend to any items marked on check out report and send dilapidation claim to landlord To address any issues from property visits and obtain quotes for the relevant works Print off monthly error and warning reports for gas checks, PAT tests, inspections and contract activations Agree final deductions and send completed deposit form to Accounts Department Previous Experience: A minimum of two years in a similar role Knowledge of the renewal process and basic accounts Basic knowledge of heating and hot water system, plumbing and electrical (beneficial) Skills & Aptitudes Required: Ability to work well within a team and on their own Maintain good communication with landlords and tenants in a confident manner
