Accountancy Practice - Tax Assistant - Chester - Study support can be provided Your new company You will be working within a specialist Accountant Practice who have been established for a number of years and following recent sustained growth are now looking to secure a Tax Assistant to join their successful team. Your new role As a Tax Assistant you will be responsible for preparing both corporation and personal tax returns for a range of clients including partnerships. limited companies, sole traders and trusts. You will be involved in compliance work as well as planning and advisory and research and development so the role can offer a degree of variety. What you'll need to succeed In order to undertake this role on you ideally will have experience working within a practice previously and be up to date on the latest legislation in relation to UK tax however those with a law or accounting degree will also be considered. Communication is key in this role as you will be liaising with colleagues and clients alike as well as dealing with HMRC when required.
