Overview
Are you passionate about early careers and inspiring tech future talent? Do you want to work for an innovative and dynamic company? Handle are excited to have partnered with a phenomenal global social media brand who are on the lookout for a Graduate Recruitment Sourcer to come on board Working alongside an existing tech recruitment team, you will partner with each other to create bespoke early career initiatives on an international scale. You will play a key role in supporting the Graduate Recruitment team by building PhD talent pipelines and execute on referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns. This is a fast-paced environment, so you'll be passionate about building strong tech talent pools of both active and passive technical candidates. Being a champion for diversity and inclusion is a must in this role so you must be passionate about driving this and always providing an exceptional candidate experience which highlights the company's core values. This is a unique opportunity, open to those with either in-house or agency experience in a coordinator or sourcing capacity.
