Overview

Your new company A global property investor with £3bn in assets across Europe. This company was founded through the investment of an Ultra High Net Worth individual and has grown from there. The are now looking to expand UK operations. Your new role Working in the London HQ, your time will be split between the London and Paris office, being responsible for the delivery of monthly reporting alongside commercial work with operational budget holders. Duties Quarterly analysis and reporting Budgets vs actuals Capex projects Working with Finance Director and Managing Director Cost accounting What you'll need to succeed You will need to have trained with a well know business, possibly the Big 4 accounting practices in either London or Europe and you will need to be a fluent French speaker. Understanding and/or exposure to Real Estate would be beneficial.
